• Director of Sales for Commercial Real Estate Brokage firm; Walter Wagner Jr., Co.
• Co-Founder of Market Graphics of Louisville.  Responsible for collection of Data on all active residential developments in 8 counties of Louisville Metro Area.   Responsible for presenting data to a client base of local Lender and regional Developers and Builders.
• During the Great Ression 2008 to present I established a client base for Appealing P.V.A. assessments on commercial, and investment real estate.
